• "User" — individual or legal entity using the Service
• "Company" — LLP «VeAi Ventures» providing the Service
• "Content" — any information posted in the Service
• "Account" — User's account in the Service

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years of age or have consent from a legal guardian
• Have the right to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate information

3.1. Functionality:

• Client management automation
• WhatsApp Business API integration
• Google Calendar and Sheets synchronization
• Automatic invoicing
• Task and schedule management
• Analytics and reporting

3.2. Availability:

We strive to ensure 24/7 Service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

4.1. Account creation:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Choose a secure password
• Do not share access credentials with third parties
• Immediately report account compromise

4.2. Responsibility:

You are fully responsible for all actions performed under your account. The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.

5.1. Permitted use:

• Using the Service for commercial purposes
• Business process automation
• Integration with authorized third-party services
• Creating and managing client databases

5.2. Prohibited use:

• Violation of United States legislation
• Distributing spam or unwanted information
• Attempts to hack or breach security
• Use for illegal activities
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

6.1. Company rights:

7.2. Refunds:

Refunds are possible within 7 days of activation if there has been no active use. Payment processing fees are not refundable.

• Refund according to contract terms
• Confidentiality obligations remain

11.1. Pre-trial procedure:

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute is referred to the court at the Company's location.

These Terms are governed by United States law.
