STIKER.AI Service Agreement

By using STIKER.AI service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must immediately stop using any STIKER.AI service.

This Service Use Agreement ("Agreement") for the "Stiker.AI" service ("Service") is an offer from (LLP VeAi Ventures) ("Company", "we", "our") addressed to an unlimited number of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and individuals ("User", "You", "Your").

By paying for STIKER.AI services, you accept all terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or limitations on your part. If you do not agree with any term of the Agreement, or if you believe that any term of the Agreement infringes your rights, or otherwise puts you at a disadvantage, you must refuse to pay the invoice and accept this Agreement.

We constantly strive to improve our Service by providing you with new features and capabilities, and therefore we may from time to time make changes to this Agreement. If we make any changes, we will update the version number and date of the Agreement. The updated version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted at https://stiker.ai


SERVICE DESCRIPTION

In accordance with this Agreement, the Company provides Users with access to an AI autopilot for freelance business automation, including:

Main functionality:

  • Complete automation of the client lifecycle
  • Automated onboarding of new clients via WhatsApp and email
  • Automatic payment reminders and invoice tracking
  • Automatic invoice generation through integration with payment systems
  • Processing of incoming messages and tasks using AI
  • Secure storage and processing of client data

Integrations:

  • Google Calendar (schedule and meeting synchronization)
  • WhatsApp Web.js (automatic client communication via our own server, Apache license)
  • Azure OpenAI (AI-powered message generation and personalization)
  • Kaspi Pay (automatic invoice generation for clients)
  • Freedom Pay (subscription payment processing)

Additional features:

  • Ready-made automation templates for typical freelance scenarios
  • Ability to create custom automation scenarios
  • Analytics and reporting on client work
  • Technical support and setup consultations

TARIFFS AND SERVICE COSTS

Free Plan:

  • Cost: Free
  • Includes: CRM system and Google Calendar integration
  • Limitations: No WhatsApp automation, no AI features, no payment integrations

Solo Plan:

  • Cost: 16 000 ₸ for 1 month
  • Includes: Full functionality - CRM, Calendar, WhatsApp automation, AI message generation, payment integrations
  • Payment: One-time monthly access via Freedom Pay

Teams Plan:

  • Cost: 49 000 ₸ for 1 month
  • Includes: All Solo features plus advanced analytics and reporting
  • Payment: One-time monthly access via Freedom Pay

Payment terms:

  • Payment is made in advance for a 1-month access period
  • Payment can be made by bank card through Freedom Pay
  • After payment, access to the Service is activated within 24 hours
  • In case of technical failures in the payment system, the activation period may be extended to 72 hours

Refund:

  • Refunds are possible within 7 days from the moment of access activation, provided that the Service has not been actively used
  • Refunds are made to the bank card from which payment was made
  • Payment system fees are not refundable

TERMS OF USE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service through the website https://stiker.ai. All rights to the Service and the website https://stiker.ai are the exclusive property of the Company.

You agree that you will not copy, transfer, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, publish, or participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works based on our content, or use it in any other way except for the purposes of using the Service.

The Company guarantees the confidentiality of the user's client base in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data protection.


SERVICE ACCESS

Access activation:

Access to the Service is provided through the website https://stiker.ai using your unique credentials - login and password received from the Company after payment for services.

Account security:

You are responsible for ensuring the proper security of your account credentials. Loss or compromise of credentials or your personal information may lead to unauthorized access to your account by third parties, which may result in loss or theft of your information.

If you believe that your account has been compromised, immediately contact our support service at support@stiker.ai


SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

Service availability:

  • The Company guarantees Service availability of at least 99% of the time per month
  • Scheduled maintenance is carried out with 24-hour advance notice
  • In case of unplanned failures, the Company undertakes to restore functionality within 4 hours

Compensation for unavailability:

If the Service is unavailable for more than 1% of the time per month due to the Company's fault, the User is provided with a proportional extension of the access period without additional payment.


SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Grounds for suspension:

The Company has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate the terms of this Agreement
  • You use the Service for illegal activities
  • Your actions cause damage to the Company's technical systems
  • The paid access period has expired

Suspension notice:

We will notify you of the suspension or termination of your access to the Service at the email address specified in the Service, except in cases where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the Company's systems.

Voluntary termination:

You can independently stop using the Service at any time by sending a corresponding message to the support service at: support@stiker.ai. Your access to the Service will be terminated after 5 business days from the date we receive your message.

Data storage:

We have the right to store information about your account credentials and Service usage history for 60 calendar days from the date of termination of your use of the Service.


PERSONAL DATA POLICY

Personal data processing:

The Service has the right to process personal data for statistical or other research purposes, provided that personal data is anonymized - as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific subject of personal data without using additional information.

Use of Google API:

For authorization and provision of Service functionality, we use Google API services (Google Calendar API). Access is provided exclusively with the User's consent through the OAuth 2.0 mechanism.

We use access only for purposes necessary for the functioning of the Service and do not transfer them to third parties.

Data storage:

Data obtained through Google API may be processed and stored in third-party cloud services, including, but not limited to: Google Firestore and other infrastructure services that ensure the operation of the Service. The use of such services is necessary to provide the User with continuous access to functionality, information analysis, and process automation.

Data security:

We take all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or deletion of data.

Access revocation:

The User can revoke access to their Google account at any time through the page https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. In case of access revocation, saved data may be deleted from storage upon written request from the User to the support service.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

General limitation:

You clearly understand and agree that the company, as well as its respective officers (employees and representatives), will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary damages or lost profits that arose as a result of using or inability to use the service.

Financial limitation:

Under any circumstances, the company's liability to you will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for access to the Service for the last paid period, but not more than 150,000 tenge, and can be imposed on the company only on the basis of a court decision that has entered into force.

Settlement of third-party claims:

In case of claims and lawsuits from third parties (purchasers of goods and/or services), the user undertakes to settle any claims and lawsuits on their own and at their own expense, in the shortest possible time and/or within the time limits established by LLP VeAi Ventures.


"AS IS" CONDITION

General conditions:

The Service is provided "as is". The Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the functioning of the Service, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions related to technical malfunctions or maintenance.

Service development:

Since the Service is at the stage of constant addition and updating of functional capabilities, the form and nature of products and provided capabilities may change from time to time without prior notice to the User.


INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any claims, obligations, damages, court decisions, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, including your violation of this Agreement.


FORCE MAJEURE

The Parties are not liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this agreement if they prove that this occurred due to the occurrence of force majeure circumstances, which arose after the conclusion of this Agreement as a result of extraordinary events that the Parties could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures.

Force majeure circumstances include, in particular: military actions, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, etc.), decisions of state bodies, cyberattacks on critical infrastructure.

The Parties must notify each other of the occurrence of force majeure circumstances within three business days from the moment of their occurrence. In case of force majeure circumstances, the term for fulfilling obligations under this agreement is extended for the period during which such circumstances and their consequences are in effect.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

All disputes between the parties under this Agreement are subject to resolution through correspondence and negotiations using mandatory pre-trial (claim) procedure.

If it is impossible to reach an agreement between the Parties through negotiations within 30 calendar days from the moment the other Party receives a written claim, the dispute consideration must be transferred by any interested Party to the court at the location of the defendant.


NOTIFICATIONS

The Company and the User hereby agree that any official letters, notifications, and documents sent to each other by email will be considered properly sent and received if they are sent to/from the following email addresses:

  • 13.2. User email address: specified during registration in the Service

THIRD-PARTY OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE

14.1. Open source components:

The Service uses third-party open-source software components, including but not limited to WhatsApp Web.js, which is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

14.2. License compliance:

We comply with all requirements of open-source licenses used in the Service, including maintaining copyright notices, providing license texts, and stating any modifications made to the original software. Information about third-party licenses can be found in the Service documentation or by contacting support.

14.3. License texts:

Copies of open-source licenses, including the Apache License 2.0 for WhatsApp Web.js, are available in the respective open-source project repositories or upon request.

This Agreement comes into force from the moment of payment by the User and is valid until the expiration of the paid period or early termination in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
